I have always believed that my calling was to help people in any way I can to be successful in life. My own rocky experience with higher education inspired me to specifically help students to plan out their academics in the way that I was never given such help.

Paul Becker serves as the Operations and Data Specialist in the Office of Registration. Drawn to Roberts by the opportunity to work in a community where his faith is respected and understood, Paul brings a deep sense of calling to support others.
In his current role, Paul oversees student academic plans, registrations, graduations, and institutional reporting. He manages processes such as AGSC notices, diploma production, inter-institutional registrations, and master class schedule input. Paul also coordinates and supervises student workers in the Office of Registration and provides essential support to the Registrar, faculty Department Chairs, Advisors, and campus partners across Student Life, Student Finance, Admissions, Enrollment, and Student Success.
Previously, Paul served as a Registration Counselor, where he ensured the accuracy and delivery of student transcripts, advised students on course selection, processed transfer credits, and maintained critical data such as class schedules and National Student Clearinghouse reports. Paul also brings leadership experience from his service as a Worship Team Lead at Wheatland Community Church, where he organized weekly teams, led rehearsals, and oversaw equipment and event planning.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in History with a minor in Political Science from SUNY Brockport, graduating cum laude and a focus in American History and Legal Studies.
Outside of his professional work, Paul enjoys disc golf, fantasy football, collecting LEGO, and spending meaningful time with his family.
His guiding advice for students is simple but essential: know your academic requirements early, so you never face an unexpected setback in your senior year.
