Profile

Lindsey Mwene is an Assistant Professor of Management, Director of the Honors Program, and Coordinator of Senior Seminar at Roberts Wesleyan University. She is passionate about cultivating academic curiosity, integrity, and community, guiding students to find purpose in their academic and professional journeys. Lindsey believes meaningful connections are central to student growth and approaches advising and mentorship with care, curiosity, and a holistic perspective.

A two-time graduate of Roberts Wesleyan University, Lindsey earned her B.S. in Management and Social Entrepreneurship and her M.S. in Strategic Leadership. She also holds certification as a Scrum Master, reflecting her commitment to collaborative leadership and continuous improvement. Lindsey draws on her background in business, service, and cross-cultural engagement (including travel to Guatemala, India, and Uganda) to inform her teaching and deepen her commitment to diversity, inclusion, and global awareness.

Outside the classroom, Lindsey serves as President of the Roberts Wesleyan University Alumni Council. She attends Calvary Assembly of God and assists with the food pantry at Mission Agape. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, exploring local coffee shops, and embracing new experiences that inspire creativity and growth.
