Dr. Monthie earned her PsyD in Clinical/School Psychology from Roberts Wesleyan University and is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and families. Her prior experience spans residential, school, and community mental health settings, where she has provided therapeutic and diagnostic services.

Dr. Monthie offers trauma-informed caregiver training through Trust-Based Relational Intervention and finds value working with the entire family system. She also has experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). She has a background in school psychology, particularly in special education, and wishes to continue fostering collaborative relationships with nearby schools. Additionally, Dr. Monthie integrates her passion for art and play into therapy, providing a creative outlet for those interested in exploring various therapeutic platforms.
