Kathleen Raniewicz serves as the Career Development Specialist for the Office of Career Development at Roberts Wesleyan University. She joined the Roberts community in Fall 2011, bringing over 20 years of expertise in career development, employer engagement, and workforce readiness. Her previous leadership roles at the Rochester Business Alliance and Monroe #1 BOCES reflect her deep commitment to education, internship program development, and creating impactful partnerships between students, employers, and educators. At Roberts, she plays a key role in guiding students through the Business Program’s Internship Prep course and provides one-on-one coaching as they prepare to enter the workforce.
Kathleen’s work is marked by a relational, student-centered approach. She is passionate about equipping students not just with job search strategies, but with the confidence and clarity to pursue meaningful careers. Beyond Roberts, she enjoys life in North Chili with her husband, Andrew, their twin daughters, Alexis and Alyssa, and their dog, Sadie. She also sings with For Singing’s Sake, an all-female community choral group.
