Dr. Eleanor Price earned her PhD in Historical Musicology from the Eastman School of Music in 2025.

Her research focuses on the socio-political contexts of the thirteenth-century French motet, a genre of music popular among medieval clerics.

In 2026, Eleanor will take up a BAEF-funded postdoctoral research fellowship at the University of Kansas Leuven.
