Caitlyn Perez

Caitlyn Perez was drawn to Roberts Wesleyan University because of its reputation as a community where every person cares deeply for students. Having attended a similar school herself, she wanted to be part of a place where kindness and service are lived out daily.

Anchored in her faith, Caitlyn approaches her work with the guiding principle of doing everything in excellence. She values the opportunity to connect with students, faculty, and staff on a daily basis. She finds joy both in the personal interactions and in the satisfaction of seeing tasks completed and processes run smoothly. For her, the ultimate reward is helping students stay on track toward their goals and celebrating with them as they cross the stage at graduation.

Outside of work, Caitlyn enjoys hiking and often participates in challenges organized through the Outside Chronicles. She thrives in a team of like-minded colleagues at Roberts and is motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a community built on faith, character, and student success.

Her advice to students: embrace the uncertainty. She believes the most exciting opportunities often come from unexpected places and that focusing on building skills and relationships will open doors to wherever life may lead.
