Profile
Since joining Roberts Wesleyan University in 2012, Jennifer Tuttle has brought deep expertise in women’s health and compassionate care through her work in palliative and hospice settings. As a Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, she prepares future nurses to serve with both skill and empathy.
Jennifer is an active member of several professional organizations, including Sigma Theta Tau, the American Nurses Association (ANA), the Nurse Practitioner Association (NPA), and the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association (HPA). Her teaching emphasizes whole-person care and a Christ-centered approach to patient well-being.
Outside of her professional life, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren, and ballroom dancing brings her joy. A verse that guides her life and work is 1 Thessalonians 5:16–18:
"Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus."
She received the Barbara S. Muller Memorial Award for Teaching Excellence in 2024 as recognition for her dedication and effective teaching.
