James Blake

James Blake is a dynamic leader who thrives at the intersection of vision, strategy, and people. Whether managing academic programs, advising students, or mentoring young leaders, he consistently challenges others to dream bigger—and equips them with the tools to get there. His work spans higher education, church ministry, and nonprofit youth development, always marked by relational intentionality, strategic thinking, and strong communication.

Currently serving as Assistant Director of Recruitment and Admissions at Roberts Wesleyan University, James has also led student ministries, coordinated large-scale events, and coached at-risk youth toward graduation and career readiness. He sees leadership not as a title, but as an opportunity to activate potential in others and move big ideas forward—together.
