Renting Our Facilities

Welcome to Roberts Wesleyan University Conference and Event Services—your "one-stop shop" for planning campus and community events, big and small. We assist faculty, staff, and students on campus, as well as community organizations looking to host events at our venue.

During the academic year, we welcome community organizations to host events on our campus. From June through July, we have even more availability for renting University facilities for events such as conferences, camps, dance recitals, graduations, and more.

Facilities For Rent

Services Offered

We provide a range of services to meet your event's needs, including:

  • Facilities Rental: Classrooms, auditorium/stage, dining rooms, housing, etc.
  • Free Set-up and Tear-down: We handle the setup and breakdown for any event in our facilities.
  • Equipment Rental: If we don’t own the equipment you need, we can help you rent it.
  • Food and Catering: From small receptions to large dinners.
  • Technical Assistance: For multimedia and stage production needs.
  • Housekeeping Assistance: To ensure the facilities are clean and ready for your event.

Availability for External Clients

We are pleased to offer our facilities for external client rentals. Please note that all reservations and rental agreements are contingent on NYS and University approvals.

Insurance Documentation Requirements

  • Insurance company name
  • Insurance agent contact information
  • Policy numbers
  • Policy effective and expiration dates
  • Coverage type (occurrence or claims-made)

  • General Liability: $1,000,000
  • Auto Liability: $1,000,000
  • Workers' Compensation: Statutory limits
  • Professional Liability: As specified by contract

  • Full legal name of certificate holder
  • Complete mailing address
  • Proof of additional insured status (if required)
  • Named additional insureds

  • Policy cancellation notice requirements
  • Contact information for policy changes

Guest Apartment Request Form

Thank you for your Guest Apartment reservation. Your reservation status currently is: "tentative". Please complete this form in entirety. Once this is received and processed, your request status will become "confirmed" and a confirmation will be sent to you. We appreciate your cooperation.

Please note: keys will not be issued until this information is received by the Conference Housing office.
