Renting Our Facilities

Welcome to Roberts Wesleyan University Conference and Event Services, your "one-stop shop" for planning campus and community events, big and small. We assist faculty, staff, and students on campus, as well as community organizations looking to host events at our venue.

During the academic year, we welcome community organizations to host events on our campus. From June through July, we have even more availability for renting University facilities for events such as conferences, camps, dance recitals, graduations, and more.

We provide a range of services to meet your event's needs, including:

  • Facilities Rental: Classrooms, auditorium/stage, dining rooms, housing, etc
  • Free Set-up & Tear-down: We handle the setup and breakdown for any event in our facilities
  • Food & Catering: From small receptions to large dinners
  • Technical Assistance: For multimedia and stage production needs
  • Campus Safety & Parking: Our team of trained security officers will provide a safe environment and assistance in parking

We are pleased to offer our facilities for the whole community to rent. Please note that all reservations and rental agreements are contingent on NYS and University approvals.

Insurance Information

All organizational rentals are required to provide Certification of Insurance before accessing the premises. We require a General Liability coverage minimum of $1,000,000, and the Professional Liability will be specified by contract.

Yes. Rental rates vary based on the space, event type, and duration. We’ll provide a quote after reviewing your request.

Yes. Tables, chairs, podiums, sound systems, and A/V support can often be arranged. Please include those needs when submitting your form.

Yes. We have several parking lots across campus. Event Services will help you plan parking based on your event size and location.

Metz offers custom menus, full-service catering (including setup, service, and cleanup), and event packages for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They can accommodate both small meetings and large conferences.

Yes! Metz Catering can provide gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-friendly options to ensure all guests enjoy their meals safely.

Roberts Wesleyan University maintains a strict no-alcohol policy on campus. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed at any events or gatherings on university property.

We strongly encourage guests to use Metz Catering for all events to ensure quality and consistency. Outside licensed caterers may be used only with prior approval from your event planner. Home-cooked food is not permitted.
