How to Make a Payment
Roberts Wesleyan University utilizes QuikPAY as our billing servicer.
Students can access QuikPAY by doing the following:
- Log in to Self Service
- Select Finance Tab
- Select Billing & payment
QuikPAY allows students to:
- View & Pay their bill
- Review previous statements
- Set up payment profiles
- Set up an Authorized Payer (this is a person that the student allows to have access to their Student Account)

Tax Information
The 1098-T will be available by the end of the day on January 31. Once available, you can access the 1098-T by logging into Self-Serve (formerly called R-Serve) at rserve.roberts.edu, clicking the 'Finances' tab, then clicking '1098-T' in the drop down. A copy of the 1098-T will also be emailed to your Roberts email address. Canadian T11s will be sent via USPS by March 30.
Non-permanent residents who desire a 1098-T must request a form via email: taxdocs@roberts.edu
